Daniel Calvo Carmona, Research Fellow at the Department of English Language, University of Seville. He holds a BA in English Studies and an MA in Advanced Brain and Behaviour Studies from the University of Seville. Currently, he is doing research in order to pursue his PhD in pragmatics at this University. Among his research interests are interlanguage and intercultural pragmatics, humor and the pragmatics of humour in second language acquisition/development and the foreign language classroom.
